Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“customer”, “you”) and Show-Me Hydro Clean, LLC (“Show-Me Hydro Clean”, “company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as an authorized user of such services provided by the company and any of its subsidiaries. 

These Terms and Conditions, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by Show-Me Hydro Clean (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitutes the entire agreement between Show-Me Hydro Clean and you regarding the bin cleaning service. By using the service, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement concerning your access to and use of the http://www.showmehydroclean.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICE

Show-Me Hydro Clean, LLC provides mobile trash and recycle bin cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Service can be customized to fit Customer needs.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

For Show-Me Hydro Clean to provide its services, the Customer is to abide by the CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES. Failure to comply may result in service interruption and/or additional service fees as outlined below. These terms and conditions are in place to provide Customer with the best service, experience, and pricing, as well as, to protect the Customer and Show-Me Hydro Clean.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to keep up to date with their service schedule. All upcoming scheduled visits, within a 60 day window, are available on the Customer’s online account. Customers can access their account by going to www.showmehydroclean.com and clicking on “Client Portal” from the menu and inputting the email address associated with their account.

Show-Me Hydro Clean will make every effort to provide SAME DAY service. Service routes run until 8:00PM unless we contact you ahead of time for delays. If SAME DAY service is not feasible or possible due to route scheduling and/or trash collection times, a Customer may be scheduled for NEXT DAY service.

  • SAME DAY SERVICE: The Customer is responsible for placing bins curbside for trash pickup on collection day. Bins should remain empty and left curbside the SAME DAY until 8PM to be cleaned. No trash should be placed in the bins until they have been cleaned. Bins with trash will NOT be cleaned.
  • NEXT DAY SERVICE: The Customer is responsible for placing bins curbside for pickup on trash collection day. Bins should remain empty and left curbside the NEXT DAY until 8PM to be cleaned. If bins cannot be left curbside, please leave them by the garage, side of the house, or make arrangements. If any trash is placed in the bins it MUST be bagged. Bins with unbagged trash will NOT be cleaned.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS

The Customer is responsible for notifying the community’s guard house or for providing a gate code to Show-Me Hydro Clean to access the gated community. If the technician is not able to gain access on the scheduled service date, the technician will continue his/her route and will not clean the Customer’s bins. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a missed service due to access issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled cleaning and pay a $15.00 additional service visit fee. Once the $15.00 additional service visit fee has been paid, Show-Me Hydro Clean will make every effort to service the customer’s bins on the next scheduled service visit to the area.

AVAILABILITY

It is the Customers responsibility to have all trash and recycle bins available for service on the scheduled service date. If bins are not available, the technician will continue his/her route and Customer’s bins will not be cleaned. Payment will not be refunded or credited in the event of a missed service due to unavailable bins. Any missing bins will be cleaned the next scheduled service visit. If Show-Me Hydro Clean arrives at your residence for your scheduled cleaning and the trash bins are still full due to pickup being delayed, we will make every effort to return by 8:00PM for your cleaning. If Customer’s bins are not available upon return, Customer will not receive a refund or credit. Customer is responsible for informing Show-Me Hydro Clean of any changes to their trash collection schedule due to weather or scheduling changes.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling a service is at the discretion of Show-Me Hydro Clean. Any reschedule is to be made by 8:00am the morning of your visit. If a previous service attempt was made by Show-Me Hydro Clean, and no bins were available to clean, it is the Customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled cleaning. A $15.00 additional service visit fee will be imposed. Once the $15.00 additional service visit fee has been paid, Show-Me Hydro Clean will then service the Customer’s bins on the next scheduled service visit to the area. 

ABSENT/OUT OF TOWN/SERVICE PAUSE

If the Customer knows he/she will not be available to put bins out for a scheduled cleaning, it is his/her responsibility to contact Show-Me Hydro Clean to notify them no later than 8:00AM the morning of the scheduled service. If requested by the Customer, payment may be credited towards the next regularly scheduled cleaning at the discretion of Show-Me Hydro Clean. Monthly service Customers are allowed ONE (1) free skip/credit every 12-months. No other service packages are allowed any free skip/credits. To receive a credit, Show-Me Hydro Clean MUST be informed by email, phone call, or text of a skip in service by 8:00AM the morning of the scheduled service visit. If you have previously received a credit on your account for a skipped/missed service within a single 12-month period, no additional credits will be granted. If Customer pauses/cancels/skips service for more than 60 days and then resumes service again within a 6-month period, a $35.00 reactivation fee will be imposed to the first cleaning back in service. Customers who vacation longer than 60 days need to make previous arrangements with Show-Me Hydro Clean when signing up for service.

CONTENTS OF CANS

  •  Trash and recycle cans MUST be free of the following materials:
  • Unbagged trash
  • Unbagged animal/human waste or cat litter
  • Chemicals, paint, glue or other adhesives
  • Other hazardous waste of any kind
  • Building materials (plaster, stucco, concrete, etc.)
  • Yard debris (grass clippings, leaves, branches, etc.)

Under no circumstances will Show-Me Hydro Clean clean any cans containing unbagged animal/human waste, cat litter, or grass clippings! It is unlawful in the State of Missouri to put yard waste in your household trash bin for collection. Show-Me Hydro Clean has discretion on whether or not to wash any trash bin. A $20 hazardous waste fee may be imposed and your visit will not be credited.

CONDITION OF CANS

Trash bins should be in good working condition and not be in such disrepair that would cause damage to the cleaning equipment, injury or harm to employees, or prevent Show-Me Hydro Clean from cleaning the cans properly. Any significant damage noted by the technician will be reported to the Customer upon the first cleaning.

If Show-Me Hydro Clean arrives to perform service and the above conditions are not met, the service will not be completed. Payment will not be refunded or credited. It is the Customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduled cleaning and to pay a $15.00 additional service visit fee. Once the $15.00 additional service visit fee has been paid, Show-Me Hydro Clean will then service the Customer’s bins on the next scheduled service visit to the area.

3. SHOW-ME HYDRO CLEAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Show-Me Hydro Clean will schedule the Customer’s service on a pre-planned route and notify the customer leading up to the day of service via email and/or text message. Due to inconsistencies with phone carriers, the text reminder should not solely be relied upon for receiving service. Show-Me Hydro Clean will attempt to service all bins on its pre-planned route. An identification sticker may be placed on each trash bin that customer signed up to be placed in service. Any bin with no sticker will not be serviced, unless we are notified prior to the service visit. Bins may NOT be rotated or substituted at any time. Customers will receive a credit for any missed service due to delayed/missed trash pickup by your waste disposal service. Your service visit may be rescheduled or postponed until your next upcoming visit. 

Winter Weather Policy: Show-Me Hydro Clean’s first priority is the safety of our customers and their property, our employees, and our equipment. At times that will include cancelling appointments due to inclement weather conditions.  Show-Me Hydro Clean will attempt to reschedule, but sometimes that may not be possible, and a cancellation of that service visit may occur. In the event of a cancellation, a subscription client may have to wait until there is a route in your area again, or for the next scheduled cleaning visit for service. If rescheduling occurs during a non recycle trash pickup week, a credit will be applied to Customer’s account for the recycle bin cleaning. At times Show-Me Hydro Clean may not be able to clean the exterior of the bins due to excess water overspray. The inside will still be cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized, and the majority of the wastewater will be collected on the truck. Company policy is that the client will receive a credit for any missed service due to inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule due to weather, the client will be notified via email and/or text. Show-Me Hydro Clean will not be held responsible for frozen water left behind from the cleaning process and the client hereby releases Show-Me Hydro Clean from any liability.

4. CHARGES

Upon receiving a request for service, Show-Me Hydro Clean will issue an initial invoice to the customer. When paying the initial invoice the customer must select “keep this card on file” for recurring service plans (Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly, etc). Customers paying for a One-Time cleaning do not need to select this option. Show-Me Hydro Clean utilizes “Stripe” for payment processing to store customer’s credit card information safely and securely. The customer agrees to pay all charges for the service(s) and any applicable taxes. Customer may request a change to the selected service plan 7 days in advance of their next service. All sales promotions are good for one year from the date of first service. After that time, current pricing will then take effect.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

Payment for recurring services are automatically processed on the first day of the month in which services are scheduled to be performed. Show-Me Hydro Clean will charge the customer’s debit or credit card on file for the appropriate service plan fee. A receipt will be sent to the customer via email.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

Show-Me Hydro Clean will notify the Customer in the event payment is declined. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide alternate payment information and pay all amounts due upon request by Show-Me Hydro Clean. Show-Me Hydro Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice upon rejection of any credit or debit card charges, or if the customer’s card issuer (or its agent or affiliate) seeks return of payments previously made to Show-Me Hydro Clean. Such rights are in addition to and not in lieu of any other legal rights or remedies available to Show-Me Hydro Clean.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

After one month of non-payment, an account will be deemed as delinquent. Delinquent accounts will be suspended, and no further services will be provided until the account has been brought back into good standing. Show-Me Hydro Clean reserves the right to turn past due invoices over to a third-party collection agency.

Pre-Payment

  • Customer will be sent an invoice for Pre-Payment, and Customer shall make payment in advance of the first cleaning 
  • Pre-Payment is available for approximately 48-week periods.
  • Customer’s account will maintain a credit that will be drawn down after each service visit month until depleted.  
  • Customer is responsible for paying for the service requested regardless of the number of bins present and available for cleaning. No refunds or credits will be given for missed/skipped cleanings, unless communication and arrangements have been made prior to the service visit
  • Service is ongoing until Customer cancels service

5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

This is a subscription based service, and service will continue on a recurring basis until cancelled by the customer. Service may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to info@showmehydroclean.com. If the cancellation request is received PRIOR to the next automatic billing payment, no additional charges or services will take place. If the cancellation request is received AFTER a payment has been processed, services will be provided that month and both charges and services will terminate thereafter.

CANCELLING AFTER FIRST CLEANING

If the Customer requests recurring service (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, etc) and cancels after the first cleaning, the Customer will be charged for a One-Time cleaning minus any previous payment.

RELOCATION

Refunds are not issued for cancellation of service except in the event the customer relocates outside of the Show-Me Hydro Clean service area. If the customer relocates outside of the service area, the customer may gift the remaining service to anyone within the service area or request a refund for the remaining service. The Customer must request cancellation by sending an email to info@showmehydroclean.com no less than 30 days prior to cancellation.

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Existing subscription customers in good standing may be eligible to receive a $20.00 account credit per referral of a new first time paying subscription customer. There is no limit to the Referral Program. Show-Me Hydro Clean reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time.  

7. MODIFICATIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND/OR CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Show-Me Hydro Clean reserves the right to modify and/or amend the Terms and Conditions and/or the Customer Agreement at any time by posting a revised Terms and Conditions and/or the Customer Agreement at www.showmehydroclean.com, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provided to Show- Me Hydro Clean. 

SERVICE

Show-Me Hydro Clean reserves the right to modify the service at any time for the betterment of our customers and the overall success of the service program.

CHARGES

Show-Me Hydro Clean reserves the right to change prices or implement new charges for use of its services at any time. Changes in pricing may be communicated to the customer via email or on their website. The customer has the option to continue or discontinue the service at any time.

8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or rent customer’s personal identification information to others.  Show-Me Hydro Clean utilizes industry leading PCI compliant credit card information storage through their payment processor. We won’t share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that support our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

9. SANITATION AND DISINFECTION

The customer understands that Show-Me Hydro Clean’s high pressure, hot water, and disinfection solutions is a great defense against germs and the environments they thrive in, but that Show-Me Hydro Clean cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all contagions within, around, and on garbage bins.  Show-Me Hydro Clean will make all reasonable efforts to sanitize and disinfect to the best of their ability but make no claims to prevent disease and/or the spread of contagions.

10. GOVERNING LAW

The terms and conditions contained in this document are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. The Customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in each state or location.
